
When’s the last time you increased your weights?
For years, I was just going through the motions and picking up the same dumbbells at my gym.
A trainer finally had to take those weights from me and hand me something heavier. I didn’t think I could do it (and I couldn’t at first), but when I started lifting heavier, my arms finally toned.
I know the stigma. “You don’t want to get bulky.” I get it.
That’s a myth!!
You’re not going to get bulky, you’re going to tone.
