What are you making for dinner tonight?
Eating clean doesn't mean your food won't taste good. I often order brussels sprouts at restaurants but never thought of making them on my own.
Well last night I did, and they were bomb.
Preheat your oven to 425. Cut raw brussels sprouts in half and toss with a little olive oil and sea salt. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes then rearrange them and bake for another 15 minutes. Drizzle sprouts with balsamic glaze and put them under the broiler until they are charred and crispy (about 1 minute).
Voila! A healthy side that tastes delicious.
Then pour yourself a cocktail because you earned it, eating clean.
