I went out last night 🥴
I felt less than stellar this morning so I vegged out (literally!) all day. I started my day with a full bottle of water and a green juice then had Brussels for lunch (click for my recipe 👇🏼https://www.squatsandmargaritas.com/post/brussel-like-a-boss).
For dinner, I saved some of the gnocchi that I made for my kids and threw in some olive oil, minced garlic, sautéed kale and grape tomatoes. The gnocchi made me not feel deprived. I didn’t have an entree of gnocchi but I got some- I’m good!
Listen to your body. If you drank the night prior, veg out and drink a ton of water the next day.
