Here’s a healthy snack that takes leas than 30 seconds to prepare:

Toss a bag of organic green beans (uncooked) with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning.

That’s it!

I usually have these pre-made in the fridge so I reach for them instead of a bag of chips.

And you can have a beer with it! Balance.
