Stuck at Home Circuit

Can't go to the gym because there's no one to watch your kids? Here's a total body workout that you can do in your living room while your kids are playing or eating lunch. You don't even need to put on shoes!


Now what's your excuse?


5 sumo squats (toes pointed out diagonally)

5 left curtsy lunge

5 right curtsy lunge

5 double crunches

5 pushups


Repeat circuit with

4 reps of each exercise then

3 reps of each exercise then

2 reps of each exercise then

1 rep of each exercise


**BONUS** Repeat circuit after the set of 1 rep per exercise, working back up to a set of 5 reps per exercise.
