Stressing that big Thanksgiving meal? 🦃
Afraid you'll overeat?
My #1 tip for Thanksgiving is 𝘿𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙖𝙮, saving calories for the big meal. Eat normally- have a few smaller meals before the big one so you don’t overeat and bomb your body with a day’s worth of food at one sitting.
Focus on protein to keep you full longer and drink lots of water to help with digestion.
Keep food coming in all day so that your metabolism keeps running efficiently.
Then ENJOY your Thanksgiving meal. You can try EVERYTHING (so you don’t feel deprived), just in moderation.
Having a cocktail? Don’t have that second scoop of mashed potatoes. Need more potatoes in your life? Skip the cocktail (it was hard for me to type that). It’s just 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲. ⚖️
