My #1 tip for Thanksgiving is ๐ฟ๐ค๐ฃโ๐ฉ ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ซ๐ ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช๐ง๐จ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ก๐ก ๐๐๐ฎ, saving calories for the big meal. Eat normally- have a few smaller meals before the big one so you donโt overeat and bomb your body with a dayโs worth of food at one sitting.
Focus on protein to keep you full longer and drink lots of water to help with digestion.
Keep food coming in all day so that your metabolism keeps running efficiently.
Then ENJOY your Thanksgiving meal. You can try EVERYTHING (so you donโt feel deprived), just in moderation.

Having a cocktail? Donโt have that second scoop of mashed potatoes. Need more potatoes in your life? Skip the cocktail (it was hard for me to type that). Itโs just ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ. โ๏ธ
