I’m so lucky to have that now but I didn’t have childcare for the first 3 years of my daughter’s life and I’m telling you- you can still make it work!!
Use the weights around you.
Remember the resistance bands I told you to invest in? Put ‘em on, pick up that huge pack of bottled water that’s lying on your pantry floor and squat for 10 reps, making sure that you’re pushing your legs outward during each squat so you feel the resistance of the bands. Repeat 3 times.
Pick up your toddler and hold a (resistance) banded squat while holding your toddler out in front of you for as long as you can. Repeat 5 times.
